I bring over 15 years of experience in health and social care, as well as SEN provisions, supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.
Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to delivering personalised behaviour support that truly empowers people to achieve their goals and live meaningful, fulfilling lives.
My approach is holistic and person-centred. I take the time to understand each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and circumstances, allowing me to develop responsive strategies grounded in the function of behaviour and what it means to the person. This ensures that all strategies are tailored, effective, and aligned with what each person genuinely requires.
I utilise evidence-based practices to promote positive, sustainable outcomes and enhance overall quality of life. Ethical practice and the well-being of those I support are at the heart of everything I do, guiding all specialised behaviour support I provide.
My mission is to help individuals move beyond simply getting through each day and instead experience lives filled with possibility, purpose, and joy.
I envision a future where every individual has the opportunity to live a meaningful, fulfilling life, shaped not by barriers, but by the possibilities ahead.
